Families living in Panama (Salavai village – a border village in Ampara district) have been facing various trials and tribulations for many years. When Anbaalayam donated dry-food items recently to the families living in this area, we observed their dire living conditions and assisted seven families with temporary ‘homes’.

Donated dry rations to 31 families in Nunavil – Cahvakachcheri நுணாவில் மேற்கு – சாவகச்சேரி வேதாந்த மடத்திற்கு சொந்தமான காணிகளில் மீள் குடியேற்றப்பட்டுள்ள வறுமை கோட்டின் கீழ் வாழும் 31 குடும்பங்களுக்கு உலர் உணவு பொதிகள் வழங்கபட்டது.

Anbaalayam supported a struggling family setup a shelter for their sheep.தாயில்லாத இரண்டு மகன்களுடன், ஆடு வளர்ப்பில் வருமானம் பெற்று வரும் இந்த குடும்பம்,சரியான ஆட்டுக்கொட்டில் இல்லாத காரணத்தால் ஆடுகள் பாதுகாப்பு இல்லாமல் மற்றும் மழையில் நனைந்து இறந்து விடுகின்றன என்று கூறியதை அடுத்து, புது ஆட்டுக் கொட்டில் அமைத்து கொடுக்கப்பட்டது.

A well-wisher of Anbaalayam recently donated a bicycle to a struggling family of three school-going children in Trinco. The bicycle is expected to help the children not only goto school but also assist the mother fetch drinking-water from a nearby public well. This family also requires assistance with building their home under the Government Housing

One of Anbaalyam sponsored child’s mother generates her family income through making / selling hoppers but without a proper kitchen setup, she was struggling to create sufficient income.
