50 families affected by the recent floods are now facing mosquito bites, which can cause dengue fever – a common and potentially life-threatening illness. In response to their request, 50 mosquito nets were donated to protect them from mosquito bites.

27 families in flood affected villages in Batticaloa district were supported with some much needed dry rations.

19 families in the Kallampathai village ( Trincomalee district) , who suffered losses due to the recent floods were supported with some much needed dry rations. The recent floods in Ampara district have hit 65 families in Thiraikkerni, Navithanveli, hard. Anbaalayam was able to step in and deliver essential rations to help these families through this challenging time.
