Seven young students have received interest-free loans, to be repaid by their parents, to purchase bikes. This initiative provides much-needed transportation, offering these children better access to school and the community. Thank you to Niranjan Siva (Sydney) for funding this project.

A project was organised to provide uniforms, stationery, and dry rations for these young children at school. The initiative included the distribution of uniforms, a banner, and dry rations. A small local barber shop in Vaharai was damaged by a falling tree, making it impossible for the barber to operate his business and earn an income. Anbaalayam funded materials to ensure the repairs were done efficiently and effectively. The shop is now back in business. This will allow the barber to resume his livelihood
