Flood appeal – Uva Province, Cannavarella – December 2025
Cannavarella Namunukula â an area severely affected by the recent floods â has seen many families lose their homes and belongings. They are currently sheltering in nearby schools with very limited access to food, medication, and other essentials. At the request of the school principal, we supported them (including some who were returning home) by providing much-needed dry rations, milk powder, Panadol, balm, and sanitary wear.
The principal thanked us for being the first group to help out around this area.
