Eastern Province, Koralaipattu – August 2025
In the Koralaipattu area, three villages were facing significant lighting issues. Approximately 10âÂÂ12 streets had no functioning streetlight globes across 70 lamp posts. Additionally, 10 lamp posts were found with only the poles and electrical connections, but no lighting units installed.
At the request of local residents and through the efforts of our volunteer, Rednam Nesan we fully restored all 80 lamp posts with new lighting units.
