During the field April visit to the fishing village, we encountered approximately 15-20 families, mostly young families, some without parents, all living in very poor conditions (previous home can be seen in photos).
To improve their living conditions, we committed to building five small 10×10 structures for these families. All five houses have now been successfully built, providing a more secure and stable living environment.
Niranjan Siva (Sydney) generously funded one of these houses, covering both the materials and labour, while Anbaalayam funded the materials and labour for the remaining houses.
