A family of five is struggling to earn a steady and livable income. This young mother and father, who have three children, currently sell milk from their one cow, barely making enough to survive. Despite taking on various odd jobs in the local area, their earnings are insufficient for the family’s needs.
Anbaalayam has stepped in to support this family by purchasing another cow to help increase milk production and income. This additional cow was provided as an interest-free loan, which the family will repay gradually as they stabilise and begin to earn a more sustainable income.
