Livelihood – Northern Province, Vavuniya – July 2025 Three families who rely on peanut farming for their livelihood needed assistance purchasing peanut seeds for the upcoming planting season. Two more bicycles were provided to children living in areas affected by wild elephants. These children often struggle to get to school, sometimes being troubled or delayed by elephant encounters.

This family was living in a house that was not safe for young children. On rainy days, they had to sleep at relatives’ homes due to the leaking roof.
