Some of the children and their parents recently enjoyed a day trip in Jaffna, visiting several important places of worship and historical sites.
Many of these children have never had the opportunity to leave their villages or participate in educational excursions of this nature. The outing provided them with valuable exposure to new places, cultures, and experiences beyond their immediate surroundings.
Such activities contribute positively to the children’s mental well-being, broaden their knowledge, and enhance their educational development. It was a memorable and enriching experience for both the children and their parents.
