A young family was identified in a remote village in Trincomalee needing assistance with housing. This young family were having to live in a small hut shared with their brother.
The area in which they live is prone to constant wild elephant attacks, posing extreme danger to the lives of those in the area, especially in homes that can be easily knocked down.
Anbaalayam have assisted in building a small house for this family to live in safely.
